In today’s episode, part two of a continuation episode, we are finalising the topic from last week. If you haven’t listened to last week's episode yet, “34. As explained in part one, I recently heard someone talking about how everyone shares “THEIR message” in a unique way. Which got me thinking about how each and every one of us has a unique message that we could share with the world, so what’s mine? Cue the birth of these two episodes.
In this episode I am exploring four more topics that I feel very passionately about, relating to gratitude, work-life balance, perspective and shifting your thought patterns. Look forward to hearing me unpack these ideas:
- The importance of being grateful every single day
- What you think is what you live. It’s your thoughts that drive your emotions, you have control over your thoughts. Perspective and habit are everything
- We are trained to think that working all week just to afford to keep living is normal, you can choose different for yourself
- Be happy, life is truly marvellous and there is something for EVERYONE. If the life you are living now doesn’t make you happy, it’s not a life problem, it’s not an existence problem, it’s an environment problem. Change your environment, change your lifestyle, change your habits, change your mindset and you can live an incredible life.
I feel so passionately about my message because it was these very ideas that helped me grow into the joyful, abundant and peaceful woman that I am today. From five years ago, fresh out of high school and completely lost in life, to now, thriving and ready to share the advice that took me from there to here.
