Hi There, welcome to this week’s episode of The Universe Is Your Friend!

This week I am super excited to be doing something a little different...

Recently I heard someone say that "We all have our own unique way of sharing our message", and that got me thinking! I often hear that we all have our own unique way of sharing "A message", but never the term "OUR message".

It dawned on me! We all have our own unique message to share with the world. Through our life experiences, memories, relationships and lessons learned along the way, we form our own unique message. So, what is mine?

Lucky me, I have a platform to share it! So today I am exploring my message, the points that I feel very passionately about, that I would want to share with someone willing to listen.

In todays episode, part one of a two-part episode, I explore three ideas:

- Our life is completely in our control and we are the only ones who make our life what it is!

- We MUST live a life that will make our heart feel full on our death-bed.

- Choose a life philosophy and live by it!

In this episode I get to speak really candidly about these ideas and you really get a peek into my heart, as I feel so deeply about these points.
