In today's episode I am talking all about how our lives can improve when we learn to allow instead of resist.
Meaning that when things happen to us or around us that might make us feel resistance, negativity, frustration, etc. we are better off accepting what has happened and allowing the circumstance instead of trying to push against it.
And this goes for the small stuff and the big stuff, whatever it is... don't sweat it!
When we resist things or push against things, it is a manifestation of our negative emotions. As we know within the Law of Attraction, negative emotions will only attract more negative circumstances and emotions back to us. So when we have the habit of reacting to anything less-than-ideal by pushing against it, we are doing more harm than good in the long run.
The best thing we can do for ourselves is learn to accept things quickly, and allow things to unravel as they may, without it having influence over our emotions and mindset.
This will help us embody peace and joy in the face of ANYTHING and ANYONE! Ultimate power move.
Not only will our mental and physical health improve with the reduction of negativity and stress but our quality of life will increase and our manifestations will become super-charged.
If positive emotions = more positivity
and negative emotions = more negativity
