Just like a cork that is in a wine bottle, when I get shaken up I need to pop that cork and let go of emotional baggage by crying, cooking, making cards, laughing, singing, crying and yes I said that twice. Everyone is different of course, but this is my way to not let those pesky emotions build up until I crack, which I have. I have learned how to do it my way and hopefully you have learned how to do it too.
