UNPEDDLING: Don't Let Demand Deceive You

In this UNPEDDLING episode, Chris and I caution you to be careful and DON’T LET DEMAND DECEIVE YOU. 

Demand deceives us when we say:
I am too busy to …
Be proactive and strategic. 
Prospect “new business.”
Plan or follow “our” plan. 
Take time for big picture thinking and dreaming of our preferred future.
Do the “little things” that got us here. 

Demand deceives us when we say:
This is the new normal, and the demand will always be here …. Maybe or maybe not. 
We need a new “addition” on our “building” when a “portable” is more prudent … scalable, and elasticity may be required.
