Decision making is in immeasurably expensive process, in every sense. The time and shear mental energy required to do it means that we are often leaking performance in every area of life, unless we create a better solution.
Failure to leverage our solutions results in reduced executive function, wasted time and an inability to make quick, concise and effective decisions over even the most trivial decisions - and this is before we add in "what should I eat, what should I train today, should I be doing zone 2 cardio" etc etc
