The best you can be

This is an audio recording of an extract from my book 'The Ultimate Relationship... the one with yourself. Insights and epiphanies of a 21st century woman.' Becoming the best version of me in business was an enduring quest to be more effective and also find peace, amidst the chaos of growing a business from scratch. I had competed in sport at international level prior to this, and applied similar principles of breaking down the skills required, and honing them to perfection.
