Having similar stories, I think it’s an important conversation for players like us to share our stories for the next generation. We talked about his story, becoming a pro, finances, mental approach, sleep routines, and a bunch more.  

We talked about taking the money or the biggest opportunity in this clip. I’ve always said you take the opportunity cause this is one of the few jobs where you can double or triple your salary in one year. For most players that I’ve talked to, their first-year salary, on average, was about 30k. Very few players get big salaries when they first come to Europe. If you show that you’re better than expected, you can double or triple your salary for the next five years.
