Episode 132: Confidence - relaunched -

On this episode of The Ty Brady Way, Ty speaks about how you have to be confident to survive in this industry. Ty encourages you to ask yourself the following questions after every appointment:

• Where could you have done better?


• Who was the decision maker in the discussion?


• Did you provide them enough of the *right* information?

Ty explains how these questions helped him to grow his confidence in his pitching skills and also helped him to be better at reading consumers and their needs. Ty reminds you that while having the knowledge is important, your confidence will come from doing – so just start!

Ty encourages you to be confident in the things you’re offering because if you’re not, the consumers most definitely will not have confidence in your or the plans or products you’re trying to sell. Ty shares his best advice on how to improve your presentation/appointment skills and advises you to use key words such as ‘You’re at risk’ or ‘You’re on the hook’, as use them confidently.
