123. Elijah Kellman - Putting Trust in the Silence

Naomi has an in-depth conversation with Elijah Kellman who has a background in health psychology and is currently working in social prescribing.

Elijah talks about death, grief and the possibility of reframing difficult experiences. He shares his wisdom about the heightened emotional state providing illumination, and the value of interruption.
