Jesus and The Law - Oaths

Are oaths a big deal to God? Yes! Keeping our word is a very important part of godly living in Jesus’ day. In fact, Jesus specifically addresses keeping our word to God in His “This is the way to follow My commands” Torah teaching in Matthew 5:33-37. If keeping our word to God is important, how much more should we keep ours to others as God’s representative?
