President Xi Jinping is set to arrive in Moscow tomorrow, May 7, where he’ll meet with Putin and attend Victory Day celebrations. And last week, BRICS foreign ministers convened in Rio de Janeiro to discuss cooperation in the face of Trump’s tariffs.
