US President Donald Trump says he's ordered two nuclear submarines to be repositioned to what he's called the 'appropriate regions'. It comes after a social media war of words between Trump and former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Trump is getting increasingly frustrated with Russia. His August 8 deadline, to end the fighting in Ukraine, has been mostly ignored by Vladimir Putin. And threats of US sanctions against Moscow and countries that buy its oil have so far landed flat.
