Cardinals at the Vatican have elected Cardinal Robert Prevost as the next Pope after a two-day conclave. The new leader of the Roman Catholic Church will be known as Leo the 14th or Leo XIV. 69-year-old Prevost is the first American to lead the papacy in 2,000 years of the church's history.
