Are you an all-or-nothing type of person?ย  Go hard or go home?

That can be great in short bursts and help you push forward, like the turbo boost in a race car.

But the thing about an all-or-nothing approach is that over time, it ends up with you doing nothing.

Why?

Because maintaining that same level of intensity day in and day out over a long period isn't sustainable.

So by focusing on maintaining that level of intensity, you don't get to where it is that you want to get to because you give up at some point along the way, and you don't achieve the thing that you want to achieve.
