This week, friend of the show, Katherine shares how nature has helped open up a new side of her, she has healed and grown into herself. "Finding myself, trying to stay positive... I found a new love for birds through nature and hobbies away from social media. I've been able to get to the other side. I want people to know you can heal and find yourself!"

Katherine's previous episode is #31 "Near Death Experiences" where she shares her experiences dealing with an "absolutely horrendous mother" and suicide attempts. After an extreme near-death suicide attempt that resulted in her breaking both legs, she has finally begun to recover and hasn't had an attempt since!
