In this second part of the episode with Tawni Sofia Acosta, she shared her surgeries experiences and her new career after full transition.

Tawni is a Certified Hypnotherapist, author, volunteer, and advocate within the LBGTQ community.  Prior to her current career, she worked as an Engineer and Project Manager in Information Technology for more than 20 years specializing in technology for TV entertainment.

Her current passion as a therapist is to help those in the LBGTQ community (which she part of) overcome some of the many high barriers that exist for career and personal success for those in the community and so needed.  Her advocacy and career are focused on empowering individuals to continue their paths of authenticity while finding wholistic ways to overcome and these challenges.

She is CEO of her own practice Empowered Journeys LLC which will offer hypnotherapy services to those in the community and as well outside of that dealing with the major issues that many face today (anxiety, depression, lack of employment, addiction, living one’s authenticity).  The services offered are focused on achieving results for her clients in the quickest and most natural way possible.  And offers a unique combination therapy to create the needed results for each client.

Currently, she is looking forward to her career for individual clients and speaking advocacy in these areas, and representing issues of fundamental rights.
