The episode focuses on Katie's passion for helping mothers meet their breastfeeding goals, which she discovered through her own breastfeeding journeys - each different - with her 3 boys. Along with providing realistic and entertaining information about breastfeeding, Katie discusses the evolution of the field of lactation support and how each child can offer a new learning experience for parents. The episode emphasizes the importance of meeting families where they are and helping them make the best decisions for their unique situations.
