Episode 8 of "The Tommy Brideson Show"
When it comes to training, you are only as good as the positioning that you can create and maintain whilst lifting. Most of the technical breakdown will come from not being in the right position to start then you fall further out of position as you progress through your sets.
This is why I am a big believer in understanding the make up of the human body. If you know the structure it is very easy to reverse engineer you positioning, cueing and get the most out of your lifts.
A perfect example of this is "Breathing and Bracing". If you don't understand how increase air volume via your diaphragm, how are you meant to do this when setting up for a heavy squat and deadlift.
Understanding your body will only help your training and results.
