People are juggling work and life commitments, introducing new family members into the world, trying to find extra hours in the day to get more work done, dealing with injuries and also making time to work on themselves and crush there goals.
You will undoubtedly have some ebbs and flows in your training journey and will need to get creative to keep moving forward and stay on track.
