Episode 26 of "The Tommy Brideson Show"
You will have times in your training where you need to rework your technique to optimise your position, reduce pain and keep moving forward.
This doesn't mean your old technique is bad, it just means you are working towards changing how you move to get better.
These new positions will take time to make your new technique. When you are fatigued, fall out of position or push the intensity, you will simply revert to the path of least resistance which is the technique you are moving away from.
Your new training technique will take time but will pay dividends if you give it enough time.
