This episode takes a deep dive into what I call linchpins for the squatting movement. Linchpins are a set of rules that will allow you to develop a consistent set up and technique.
The three linchpins are:
#1 - Developing and maintaining your upper back positioning
#2 - Effective breathing, bracing and how to hold throughout the squat
#3 - Creating lower body tension and maintaining your centre of mass
Once you know how to organise and stack your body during the squat it really simplifies your ability to handle more weight, reps and progress the movement.
