Austin's Homeless Strategy Officer David Gray is asking for over $100 million dollars for homeless services in the upcoming city budget, there's a push for high speed rail from local & state officials who want to change state law that prevents public dollars being used for high speed rail and multiple parking garages at Austin's airport will see a rate increase ahead of the major renovation plan.
