Today's podcast is a special one for sure.  It's not often that Jim welcomes a Women's Basketball Hall Of Fame coach to the show.  Jim's guest today is Sherri Coale!  Sherri was the head coach of the University of Oklahoma women’s basketball team for 25 years.  Her accomplishments there are impressive to say the least.  She led her program to three Final Fours, won six Big 12 Regular Season Championships and four Big 12 Tournament Championships, had nineteen straight NCAA Tournament appearances, and made nine Sweet 16 appearances. 

In her post-basketball life, Sherri is still coaching in a new way with a much broader audience.  She authored the book Rooted to Rise, a book filled with inspiring stories to encourage anyone in any walk of life or profession.  She's a speaker who loves to develop targeted messages for each specific audiences needs.  Jim and Sherri touch on many of the things she writes about in her book.  Don't miss this great conversation.  After listening to this podcast, Sherri would want you to leave "wanting to be a better you"!
