In this short coaching podcast, Jim starts off by walking us through the story of David and Goliath.  He points out that David chose to do battle with Goliath without the king's armor.  He chose to be authentic and fight with his own weapons and use his God given skill and talent.  How does this relate to leadership in today's world?  Jim explains that real, authentic leadership requires someone who is not afraid to step out from the conventional and be bold. Someone who leads with their heart and is not swayed by the people in the stands that criticize. Use your uniqueness.  Be authentic. More to come in next week's show!
