A little outtake: "When my little thoughts arrive, I have to write them down, because that's where they want to be: on paper. You know, it's a win-win situation. They feel important and acknowledged and I get them out of my head.But some of them are intriguing and they need to be shared with you, my dear listener. I will call them my mini-episodes and hopefully, they'll do the same to you and they open up a little path to a new thought. New thoughts are important, it's like mental fitness. The good thing about this is: you don't have to do anything else but lean back and listen."
