TIME AND LOVE 
Today, you will hear my welcoming words for the participants of my TIME and LOVE Workshop, which starts tomorrow in the Swiss mountains. Maybe one day, you can join us. But now, let’s dig into some hopeful inspirational thoughts. Enjoy! A little outtake: "A child is unashamed about what it needs or wants. Its whole organism shouts it out. As time passes, we feel intimidated, and we start to hold back. We give love to all the others, and in some cases, we forget to love ourselves. But self-love has so much to do with time and life! But I am not talking about the wellness weekend we offer ourselves. No, if I talk about self-love I mean by honouring yourself as the being you are and to take risks, to make bold decisions, to go on adventures and to do what needs to be done to remove the mask." Take care! Yours, Anna
