In this episode, she speaks to Glenn Hoddle. In 2018, Glenn’s life was turned upside down when he had a cardiac arrest while at work in the BT Studio. Glenn talks openly about what happened that day, what his recovery was like, how his mental health was affected and why everyone should learn CPR.
