Born and raised in York, PA… attended Penn State, majoring in economics while being the starting libero for the D1 Men's Volleyball team. I was accepted into a 1yr master's program through Smeal (Masters of Management and Organizational Leadership), which allowed me to play my 5th year while expanding my education. In my application essay, I spoke to my goal of becoming one of the world's youngest executive coaches.

Dropped out of the Masters program to pursue a 6month internship in investment banking @ societe generale. After 22 total interviews, I ended up being offered an Investment Banking year 1 analyst position under the group Natural Resources division, specifically in the front office of the Trade and Commodity Finance Department (TCF) ,where I was the lead analyst for a portfolio of 10-12 of some of the US and world's largest commodity traders.

After completing the 3-year analyst program, I moved back to York, PA, to determine what was next in my career. After several months of interviewing with/ PE, hedge funds, other investment banking shops, and regional banks, I decided to join a boutique business advisory firm in PA that specialized in M&A, business valuations, and divestitures. I was hired as a relationship manager and was promoted to Vice President in just over a year.

After spending 3 years specifically in the M&A space, I found my calling on the sell side… a way to incorporate core Executive Coaching principles my Father had taught me growing up.

In June 2024, I partnered with an Estate and business attorney, Aaron Jackson, to co-found Jackson Clemens Capital, LLC.. a boutique investment banking sell-side and business advisory firm dedicated to helping owners of ALL walks of life.
