She brings that same precision and clarity to her work with entrepreneurial leadership teams—facilitating vision alignment, accountability, and measurable growth through the EOS® framework.

She’s also the creator of “Coop’d Up Thoughts”, a witty monthly blog where she shares lessons from her unexpected adventures as a chicken mama—and how those lessons apply to business and leadership.
