The Stoics say the only thing in our control is how we react to life. Sean Lees says that the only thing we can control is our attitude and effort. Sean is a modern-day Stoic that not only practices what he preaches but he teaches virtue to the youth of Pennsylvania through wrestling. Sean is the head highschool wrestling coach at Ephrata Highschool, a Greco-Roman coach for PA's national team, and a coach at Lancaster Alliance Wrestling (LAW).Sean has an exciting story, from being raised nearly Mennonite to joining the Marines to serving an inclusive church. Wrestling across the country and world as a competitor well into his 40s and a lifelong coach has taught Sean many lessons and given him a unique perspective.Check out LAW
