On this months roundup of all things Ulster Rugby from Grassroots to Test level at home and abroad, we have been casting an eye on what effect the latest lockdown is having on Grassroots & Community Rugby within Ulster.  Our special guest was former Leinster, Benetton & Italy star, Ian MCKINLEY , and we asked him what roles he has taken on since retiring from elite level rugby including his appearance on TV as a studio pundit last weekend.

We will look at the recent Irish Academy 7s competition and what we can take away from that and the ongoing issue about the Ireland Rugby selection process, rationale and what some players within the Ulster camp need to do to be included!
