Stolen Jumpers and Gratitude For Fear

In this episode of TTL Daragh opens by talking about the awkwardness of getting a borrowed jumper back from a date. He then goes on to read an essay about gratitude, and expands on his experience of having panic attacks about death. Daragh believes being grateful for this fear enriches life, and so, rather than running from it, he has learned to accept death as a part of life. Enjoy
