Mallory B.E. Baches is an urban designer with more than 20 years of experience and is the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) president and a fellow at the University of Miami School of Architecture.This lecture addresses the impact of the CNU during the last 30 years and her leadership plans for the next 30 years. She will talk about diversifying neighborhoods, designing for climate change, and creating walkable cities through the intersections of urban planning and community development.
