Commencing his journey in the automotive sector in 2017, Marin initially joined RIMAC on a voluntary basis, demonstrating his commitment before being offered a full-time role. 

Marin swiftly climbed the professional ladder, where he became the team lead for the Infotainment EHW R&D team and later assumed the role of one of Rimac's R&D business units lead, specifically focusing on Embedded Hardware Development.
