Dr Jane Wilkinson

In episode 24 we catch up with the one and only Jane Wilkinson, who is is Associate Dean, Education in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton. As a consultant, Jane has developed a home ventilation service, contributed to the lung cancer team, and worked with the sleep-disordered breathing service. She has been hugely influential within Medical Education at Southampton and we discuss her approach to leadership, educational strategies and the importance of the student experience.
