She helps parents understand challenging & explosive behavior and also supports educators who are interested in building efficient operating systems to not only manage their own workloads but to find success in supporting all students. She has over 25 years of experience in education. As a veteran principal in public schools, challenging & complex behavior have become her specialty. The more severe the problem ... the more curious she becomes. Jen reminds us that building more confidence & expertise in managing our situation can be a game changer, but we must slow down and create a strategy.
