We caught up with Tokyo Olympian, Kookaburra hockey player and proud Tasmanian Josh Beltz to talk about his journey through the sport from grass roots through to the pinnacle of the game. 

The focus of this podcast is on the growing community of Tasmanian hockey players pursuing their sporting ambitions in Perth, Western Australia. 

Having reaped the benefits of being taken under the wing of senior Tasmanian athletes in Perth when he first made the move, we chat with Josh about a changing of the guard and how he's now helping fellow athletes on the same path. 

A very humble and down to earth person, Josh also opens up on what keeps him grounded among his growing list of international achievements, as well as his love for home and importance of family and friends no matter what level of competition.
