Kelli Anderson is the founder of Mindset Mamas, where she helps moms find and pursue their purpose. She believes that it's possible for moms to prioritize themselves while also being amazing parents. Kelli lives in Hebron, KY with her husband, Chad, and two boys, Owen (3) and Connor (6 months). She loves coaching gymnastics, refinishing furniture, and learning to play her ukulele!   

On this episode, Kelli shares tips for finding your purpose and passion, focusing on yourself without the mom guilt and navigating your changed identity after becoming a Mom.  Some highlights from the episode are:

  • Journaling
  • Sitting in silence for 10 minutes each day
  • Exercising or practicing yoga even if for 5-10 minutes each day
  • 5 minute meditations
  • Writing down the BIG 3 each day

  3. Getting Kids Out of the House
