A message for you from compassion

Hey Soothers! This is audio from my group call today inside the Imperfect Artist's Way. It was a message about capability, power, compassion, struggles with shame and the highly sensitive person's nervous system. Something in me told me more folks needed to hear it, so I share this audio with you today. It includes a Tarot reading, a bit of a lecture, a nervous system exercise, journaling and a meditation.
