What does the nervous system have to do with your dating journey? What DOESN'T it have to do with it, is more like it.
As we navigate the ups and downs of dating, and the areas in which our attachment styles may be triggered via dating, our nervous system is the lens through which we either get activated and feel threatened in dating, or feel grounded and secure. When we begin to understand dating through the nervous system lens, we also learn to source safety for our nervous system in ourselves, meaning we don't always rely on a person external to us to feel grounded and safe as we navigate the terrain of weaving a relationship together.
Tune in to today's podcast to learn what your nervous system has to do with dating, how you can begin to regulate your nervous system while dating, what attachment style triggers what nervous system response, and lots more.
