I delve into the story of my inner critic, how I didn't even realize I had one until my late 30s, what I tried and didn't work to heal it, and then the combination of inner child work, self-compassion, parts work and ritual that truly helped me heal her. Because your inner critic? She is the part of you that is your scared inner child, and it's time for us to go comfort her.
