4/6/25- Sound Points to Awareness with David Le and Bob Incitti

The talk will include a sound bath with Bob Incitti. Using sounds as a pointer to awareness, which then can shine light into everyday's activities.



Sunday Sit is 10:00 am - 11:30 am.  The first 30 minutes will be a meditation with some guidance. Then there will be a talk and possibly a discussion. It is a full hybrid option with participation fully both in person and on Zoom.
