This week on the pod is Henry Herb, who is a freshman for Seattle Prep. Henry is currently the 5th fastest freshman in the nation for the 3200m (9:22.19) and has ran 4:21 for 1600m this past Friday.

Henry is a very humble, yet hard-working future star in the sport.
