This week's episode of The Sunday Shakeout is an intro to overtraining for distance runners. After doing much research on overtraining, there is SO much content that I can provide you guys with. I could quite literally talk for an hour about this. But I figured I would bore you guys by talking for that long because I think that nobody wants to listen to anybody talk for more than 35 minutes unless it's an invigorating podcast. So I will make 2-3 episodes on overtraining. I also won't put them back-to-back-to-back because I also think that would be boring. So within the next 10, maybe 15 episodes, look out for some more content on overtraining. But today's episode is an introduction to overtraining. I also hoped you all liked my new sick intro.
