Today’s guest is Steve Krakower. Steve is the Owner and Founder of Harbor Marketing Agency out of Baltimore, Maryland USA. Harbor Marketing Agency is a team of marketers that are passionate about helping people laser-focused on making a positive impact and operate based on a set of core values that drive everything that they do. Steve first started in the subscription box industry shortly after graduating from Loyola University with a marketing degree. He quickly found himself at Hunt A Killer and helped what was then a lean startup grow to $10 million in one year. After helping them grow to a $15 million company, that is when Steve decided to satisfy his thirst of entrepreneurship and start his very own company called Harbor Marketing Agency. He also started his own podcast dedicated to eCommerce and subscription boxes called The Box Biz. 

In this episode, we discuss how we entrepreneurs can utilize marketing agencies like Harbor to grow our businesses and when is a good time to do so. We talked about ad and marketing strategies you can use to help your business whether you're just starting out or at a point where you're frustrated and ready to scale.
