Cedric convinces the Heroes to partake in his most recent get-rich-quick scheme in the form of Redgrave Estate - Land once belonging to a powerful political figure in Chandar, which is being sold for merely a few thousand gold. The catch... They must survive one night within the Estate grounds - a feat which has never been done before.
