In this ep we chat about how to fit your perfect pair of joggers, specifying shoes for the type of run and the origins of Saucony. Kate runs us through the current Saucony range and breaks down the main differences between models. Kate chats about the importance of shoe rotation, durability and lifespan. Saucony have been working hard to reduce their environmental impact and have recently launched shoes made with recycled and biodegradable materials.
