Show yourself love - Daily Affirmations with Coleen will be a weekly affirmation stop point where I’ll list out 10 affirmations for you to say out loud to yourself, write them down on your phone, or add as a new journal entry which you then reflect on throughout your day and week.

Speaking affirmations to yourself can shift negative thoughts and promote confidence, positivity, self-love, and motivation.

Affirmations are my tool kit for starting out each day when I’m high, excited when I’m feeling a little low, or when someone gives me the ick.

Here are this week's affirmations 

  1. I am enough. I have enough.
  2. I am in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.
  3. I can do hard things.
  4. I allow myself to be more fully me.
  5. I believe in myself. 
  6. I am refreshed and full of energy 
  7. I will fill my days with positive activities that make me happier.
  8. I will accomplish my goals today and for this week 
  9. I choose to see the beauty in every moment especially those that are stretching and teaching me to grow
  10. I accept myself exactly as I am without judgment.

Remember be your own cheerleader.
