In this fascinating conversation, Steven is talking to Dumi Oburota, co-founder of the entertainment company Disturbing London and manager of British rapper, singer and songwriter Tinie Tempah.
Disturbing  London operates primarily as a record label but has had success in brand consultancy, event management, music publishing and as a fashion label. The company has forged several high-profile brand collaborations and continues to widen its influence.

It’s always about trying to bring through new people.
The story is always the push and pull, it’s this that makes the network bigger.
It’s about the brand being able to project the artist forward.
It’s not what you’ve done yourself it’s about who you’ve brought through, touched and influenced, that’s what’s important and keeps the dreams alive.
You have to open the door and let things happen, invite others to come in because it keeps you close to the energy that got you started.
Fulfilment is seeing someone emerge and helping them to the next level so they can move on up.
I want to continue breaking down the doors and changing the perception of what people from my type of background can achieve.
